My shipment arrived damaged, and they blamed it on ME ! !

! First it was the shipping companies fault, then the shipping company said it I was a liar. I made an agreement with efurnitureshowroom for a new couch, and in return I would pay them. I didn't make any agreements with the shipping company THEY hired to deliver my order.

You would think that efurnitureshowroom would stand behind their services and products, but I guess not. Save yourself a big headache, money and time... Shop somewhere else. (P.S.

I've never had any problems with They replaced my damaged piece, no questions asked.)

Monetary Loss: $1566.
